Why cant I preview documents in the browser

If you click on the preview icon in a DOC or SIGN item and you see the following error

it might be related to a setting in chrome.

If you type the following URL in the browser

chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments

You need to make sure the following option is selected

If not the above error will be shown.
